About William
William is our Senior Litigation Counsel. He has over 10 years litigation experience in civil and criminal law, and has tried several dozen cases to jury. William's legal career began in Chicago as a prosecutor, and he is now an accomplished trial attorney in Colorado. He has personally handled cases filed in over a dozen Colorado counties, including every county in the Denver Metro and Front Range areas. William has been lead counsel (first chair) on cases that were tried and won in Colorado District Court in the areas of Tort Law (negligence), Criminal Law, and Contract Law.
William spent over five years working as a criminal prosecutor in Chicago and Colorado Springs. His experience included being lead prosecutor in cases involving domestic violence, drugs, guns, assault, kidnapping, arson, aggravated robbery, burglary, serious bodily injury, and homicide. William also has extensive civil litigation experience, personally recovering many millions of dollars for his clients with plaintiffs' claims. He has resolved cases with seven figure recoveries for individual clients. After one jury trial win and judgment for his client, William fully collected an amount from an insurance company that was over 7x the insurance policy's stated policy limit.
William is a Colorado native who attended high school in Parker, and enjoys the constant sunshine that our state offers. He plays tennis when he has the opportunity, and is an avid fan of the professional tennis tour.
